Terms of use
These terms describe access to DuckoPoster through DuckoLab.com. For questions about your account or these terms, contact [email protected]. Rights to DuckoLab programs and service materials belong to DuckoLab.com. You retain the rights to your project content.
30-day access
Each purchase provides one period of exactly 30 days. Lifetime subscriptions and purchases of multiple future periods at once are not offered. The current price, limits and access end date are displayed in your account before confirmation. Free allows a project to run in one local thread for no more than 20 continuous minutes; server execution is not included.
During early access, Basic has the standard Basic limits and costs 0 USDT while the offer lasts. This does not constitute consent to future paid charges. The regular prices are 29 USDT for Basic, 79 USDT for Pro and 199 USDT for Unlimited per 30 days. The transition to paid Basic is announced in advance: paid renewal cannot occur before the announced date or less than 14 days after the notice.
Balance, renewal and plan changes
Adding funds and purchasing a subscription are separate actions. Adding funds is currently disabled: the service does not issue a payment address or invoice. A purchase occurs only after confirmation of the displayed plan and terms. A completed purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded through the service; balance withdrawals are not available. These terms do not exclude mandatory rights under applicable law.
Auto-renewal is optional and off by default. It requires separate consent to the specific plan, price and terms, and sufficient funds. Access can be renewed manually after the period ends. Disabling auto-renewal preserves the current period. Having a balance does not constitute consent to a new price.
An upgrade immediately starts a new full 30-day period. The unused part of the amount actually paid for the current period is credited toward the purchase; the balance must cover the remaining amount. A downgrade applies from the next period. Immediate changes from paid access to Free with a credit or refund are not offered. Free applies if access expires without renewal.
For each applicable purchase, reminders are provided 14, 7, 3, 2 and 1 day before access expires, and on the expiry date. Notifications do not purchase or renew access by themselves.
Servers and execution limits
Basic includes 2 servers and a total limit of 20 concurrent server iterations; Pro includes 5 servers and 100 iterations; Unlimited includes 10 servers with no commercial thread limit. Hardware resources still limit execution. A new server receives 0 threads until you allocate them. The local editor does not occupy a server slot or consume server threads.
Replacing a server does not transfer its files or projects. A released slot becomes available after a minimum delay of 6 hours and safe release of the previous server's permits and running tasks. Each iteration has its own variables, lists, tables and cookies. The count of completed iterations is retained after a restart; unfinished iterations start over using the current project version.
Server execution requires an authorized runner installation. A signed permit is valid for up to 24 hours and is refreshed in the background approximately once an hour. A still-valid permit can be used after a restart. If it has expired and the licensing service is unavailable, new iterations wait; tasks already started may finish within the permitted shutdown period. A license request is not made for every HTTP request or iteration.
Your projects and lawful use
You are responsible for project content, permissions from target sites, the servers you provide and access credentials. Use the program only where you have the right to automate access. Do not bypass access, licensing or execution restrictions, disrupt the service or distribute protected DuckoLab components without permission. Your Python actions run subject to the runner's execution and resource limits.
HTTP traffic goes directly from your server to the configured recipient, not through DuckoLab's licensing API. When publishing a project, it is sent to DuckoLab to create a protected package; see the Privacy Policyfor details. Protection makes unauthorized use harder, but does not guarantee that a program cannot be examined on a computer controlled by its user.
Availability and updates
Early-access programs may change and contain errors. Keep backups of your projects and external files. Updates and protected downloads require the corresponding access rights. Material changes to access or pricing are announced through service notifications; new prices are not applied retroactively to access already purchased. Documents may be updated with a new version; new purchases and renewals must use the current published version.
